Next ThingThe letter you keep putting off, as one next action.
Paste it. Free, in your browser: every date as a calendar day, the deadlines with the days left, every ask with minutes, what to have ready, and a checklist to tick. A run writes the action card - the next two-minute thing first - and, once you have ticked some off, says where you are.

How it works
Next Thing follows the i-have-adhd skill's five facts: working memory is small, knowing is not doing, starting is the hardest step, time estimates feel the same unless they are numbers, and finished work has to be visible. So the card leads with one action you can do in a couple of minutes, gives every step a number of minutes, parks what is not needed, and - after you tick steps off - says "step 2 of 5 done" instead of leaving you to work it out.
The page reads the dates itself: "next Friday", "within 21 days of the date of this letter" and "Friday, November 7" become calendar days, and a weekday that disagrees with its date is flagged. The run is written by a language model and held to the page: every date and number must come from the text, every deadline must be carried, every ask must be a step or parked, and the card may not open with a preamble or close with a pleasantry.
